Orders

In order to receive your order, we need your help to ensure that these details have been keyed in correctly:
– Shipping address
– Contact number
– Email address

Please note that should there be an issue with your address or contacting you, there will be delay in your shipment.

What is your shipping method?

All shipments in Singapore are delivered by our fulfilment and logistic centre – Roadbull (roadbull.com). 

How do I know my transaction is successful?

Once your transaction is completed, you will receive an email that confirms and states your order(s). If you do not receive any email confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder.  

I place my order at 9pm on Friday. Will I receive it on the following Monday?

Once your order has been made, Learning Out Of The Box will need 1 to 2 business days to get it ready. We process orders before 10am from Monday to Friday.

We do not process orders on Public Holidays and weekends.

Roadbull delivers from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm.

Should everything go smoothly, you will receive the parcel 3 to 5 business days (during non-festive periods) after we have sent out the parcel.

Any wrong / incomplete delivery information will result in shipping delay.

The website has hung. I am not sure if my transaction is completed. What should I do?

No worries! Email our Book Consultant: book@learningoutofthebox.org. We will double check for you.

I am not sure which books to order. Can you help me?

Or you can drop by our Centre to browse through our collection of books. Our friendly consultants at the Centre will be able to assist you. Please take note that we are open from Wednesday to Sunday only and purchase of books can only be made online.

Can I change the delivery date or address when an item is out for delivery?

If the items are out for delivery, delivery team is unable to amend the date or address immediately. You may enquire with Roadbull on their live chat services (roadbull.com) or send an email to info@roadbull.com.

Otherwise, re-delivery arrangements may take up to 2 working days. Kindly reschedule using the link given in SMS once the delivery fails or send an email to info@roadbull.com.

Can I amend / cancel my order / request for refund / exchange to another book?

Once an order is made and transaction is completed, we do not allow any amendments, cancelations, refunds or exchange of books.

Can I combine orders from different e-commerce platforms?
As you place orders from different e-commerce platforms & websites with different domain names, we are not able to merge your orders and mail them together.

Your order will be sent out separately.

Delivery

 

When can I receive my order?

Do you deliver on weekends / Public Holidays?

There is no delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays.

 

How do I track my order?

As soon as Roadbull has shipped your order you will receive a SMS. In general, 1 day before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a SMS that is sent by Roadbull system. This is how the SMS looks like:

ROADBULL: Your order from LOB is scheduled on [dd/mm/yy]. RB PIN: XXX
Track @ [URL]

Once you’ve clicked the link in the SMS, you’ll be directed to a page to show you these info:
Consignment Number
Order Tracking Number:
number starts with “RB_LOB……”
Status of your parcel
Estimated delivery by [dd/mm/yy]

To ensure you receive the parcel quickly, please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to receive the parcel on the date that is given by the Roadbull.

Oh dear! I have missed the delivery! (Or I am not home to receive the parcel!)

There will be 2 delivery attempts. Kindly reschedule using the link given in SMS once the delivery fails or send an email to info@roadbull.com

Oh no! I didn't click the link given in the SMS. What am I supposed to do?

Can I collect my online purchase at your Centre?

Book collection service is not available at our Centre.

Can you send the parcel to my work place? It's at Changi airport.

We aim to deliver to as many places as possible. However, due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organisations), we are not able to deliver to some areas in Singapore. Eg: Jurong Island, army camps, Seletar Aerospace, off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin, airbase sites, shipyards, hospitals, courts, power stations, airports and etc.

At the moment, we are updating the No – Go zones at this site. Meanwhile, if you need any assistance, please contact Roadbull Customer Care at +65 3100 1111 (Operating Hours: Mondays – Fridays: 9am – 6pm; Saturdays: 9am – 1pm) or email (info@roadbull.com).

If you work at the above locations, we strongly encourage you to set your shipping address to a location where our drivers can deliver to, such as your home address!

Can I request the parcel to be delivered on a particular day or timeslot?

We do not provide this service.

Can I request the parcel to be sent to me on Monday, anytime between 9am - 4pm?

We do not provide this service.

We do not allow exchanges for any purchases at our Centre or from any online platforms.

I have missed your promotion. Can you extend the promotion to 1 more day?

There is no extension of promotion period. Do keep a lookout for our Facebook post or email for future promotions.

I want to do a bulk order. What should I do?

I received a wrong item / defective item. What should I do?

We’re so sorry for this. Please give us a chance to fix this – drop us a message at book@learningoutofthebox.org with the following information:

  4. Your mobile number
