3 simple tips which have worked for many LOB parents.
✅You can consider applying lemon essential oil to the back of your child’s neck. To help gain more focus.
✅Take a 30-minute nap before lesson starts. If lesson is in the morning, sleep early and well the next day.
✅Manage your house’s energy. We parents play a big part in this. If you know your spouse is feeling flustered, be mindful about it. Be more supportive.

❤️Have a consistent clean and designated ideal study space for your child.
❤️Tone down your child’s activity an hour before lesson time. Nap or do reading or simply chit chat with your child. Make him or her feel happy/ relaxed.
